Site Preparation and Pad Construction with Elevation and Drainage Improvements – Lake Palestine

January 2025

Project Background

This new construction project on Lake Palestine required a complex site overhaul to address significant challenges. The site featured an old, deteriorating concrete pad with multiple retaining walls and large tree stumps that had to be removed.

Additionally, the property’s natural elevation posed water collection issues, demanding a thorough drainage solution to prevent future flooding.

Our team began by demolishing and removing the existing concrete pad and retaining walls, followed by stump removal and full land clearing. We regraded the site to create proper water flow paths, integrating an advanced drainage system to control runoff and protect the property from pooling water. With the land properly leveled and compacted, we built a durable pad designed to support the new structure while ensuring long-term site stability and drainage efficiency.
